Kaluanui Flood Study, Oahu ($100,000)
The requeted funding would be used to conduct a flood plain study of the Kaluanui Stream area on the island of Oahu.
Funds will be used to develop hydrologic and hydraulic models of Kaluanui Stream. The models will be used to define flood hazards, create flood maps, and provide the Hawaii Department of Land and Natural Resources options to consider for the Kaluanui Stream Valley and adjacent State Park areas.
